Somewhat off topic= I am reading a book my dad (he's a computer professor at UMSL) gave me called "Programming the World Wide Web".
It's only 734 pages. I'm on page 7 so far.
And I learned in those 7 pages=
-The internet was technically thought of by the D.O.D.
-The internet is a collection of PCs and other devices connected to equipment which then allows them to communicate with one another.
-The Web is protocals/softwares that have been installed on most computers.
(I'll be waiting for my -1 Karma for going OFF TOPIC...)
