These are some basic rules for these forums. Follow them so you don't look like a fool:
1. If a rule is not listed here, but feels like it should be, just follow that "invisible rule".
Each offense: a new rule added to this list and a nightmare involving the admins of Nintendo Park
2. No cursing. Whatsoever. No exceptions. Even if you censor them with asterisks, it will be counted against you.
First offense: warning
Second offense: -5 karma
Third offense: one-week ban
Fourth offense: one-month ban
Fifth offense: permaban
3. No flaming. To anyone new to forums, this means making fun of other members or criticizing unfairly. It's just not right.
First offense: -10 karma
Second offense: one-month ban
Third offense: permaban
4. Don't post twice in a row. It's very, VERY bad. I don't appreciate when a thousand of the posts are by one person all in a row. (hint: there is an edit button in all of the posts you made that you can use if you want to add another point
)
First offense: Merging of posts and warning
Second offense: Deletion of second post and on
Third offense: Deletion of all consecutive posts
Fourth offense: -15 karma
Fifth offense: one-month ban
Sixth offense: permaban
5. If you're going to start a topic, make sure it has a point. Even in Random Posts, make sure it could be turned into an actual discussion.
First and second offenses: lock and move to archives
Third offense: one-month ban
Fourth offense: permaban
6. Try to stay on topic. If you want to change the subject, start your own topic.
First offense: -5 karma
Second offense: -20 more karma
Third offense: one-week ban
Fourth offense: one-month ban
Fifth offense: two-month ban
Sixth offense: six-month ban
Seventh offense (if you
still haven't learned your lesson): permaban
7. Do not argue with other members! Simple debates are fine, but it's easy to tell the difference between a debate and an argument.
First offense: -10 karma
Second offense: two-month ban for anyone involved
Third offense: permaban
8. Do not revive an old topic just for the sake of reviving an old topic. It's called necromancy, and we don't allow it here. If you actually have something to say that contributes to the topic, fine. Just no necromany.
First offense: one-month ban
Second offense: six-month ban
Third offense: permaban
9. No talking about weaponry. It ruins topics and is just wrong to say you stab, killed, or shot someone.
First offense: -6 karma
Second ofense: -21 more karma
Third offense: two-week ban
Fourth offense: two-month ban
Fifth offense: three-month ban
Sixth offense: seven-month ban
Seventh offense: permaban
10. Don't hack into other peoples' accounts. Period.
First offense: permaban
11. Topics that havent been posted in for two days and are a week old get locked.
If I think of anything else, I'll post it here. If Rule #1 is not followed, an "invisible rule" is apparently not obvious enough to skip in the rules, which may result in some "seemingly" pointless rules in this topic.

Yep. I added the list of exact punishments you'll get for each offense. If you broke these rules before and I didn't punish you, congratulations! You got away with something! But from now on, I don't care if you're my best friend. Everyone gets equal punishmants, because there is a list! Good luck! (Don't be all tense, you won't get punished if you don't break the rules.

After you get to -30 karma or more, you will be banned for one week.
With any ban you receive, you will be demoted from one mod position. For example, if you are a Global Moderator, you will only be a normal Moderator when you return. If you don't have a mod position, don't worry about it.
